# Hỗ trợ kĩ thuật - chat trong app

* Bất kì khi nào có vấn đề kĩ thuật cần hỗ trợ, hãy ấn vào icon chat ở góc dưới - phải màn hình ứng dụng luklak, sẽ có người luklak phản hồi nhanh chóng qua đó. Hãy mở app luklak để duy trì cuộc trao đổi.
* Đây là kênh chat hỗ trợ chính thức của luklak để đảm bảo chất lượng dịch vụ
* Các nhóm chat Zalo chỉ được dùng trong quá trình tư vấn - triển khai, không được dùng cho việc hỗ trợ kĩ thuật khi đưa vào sử dụng vì chat ở Zalo không có tính năng quản lý đảm bảo chất lượng.
