## Đầu việc cụ thể & đơn vị phổ quát

mỗi công việc trên luklak là một issue, và doanh nghiệp có thể đặt tên khác nhau cho các loại việc khác nhau (issue type). một issue cụ thể được giới thiệu như dưới đây gồm 2 khía cạnh chính:

* như một đầu việc (task) bình thường phổ biến với các ứng dụng quản lý công việc (task management)
* như một đơn vị lõi về công nghệ của luklak (universal object), từ đó doanh nghiệp có thể tự tạo ra các chức năng, dữ liệu, công việc đa dạng và đặc thù theo nhu cầu với khả năng nocode & lowcode của luklak.

***đây là ví dụ một mục việc (issue) cụ thể, được dùng cho tuyển dụng - ứng viên***

tất cả các mục việc (issue type) khác nhau bên trên, đều được tạo ra từ một đơn vị phổ quát của luklak là universal object.
